When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Profile Content

We store the links, bio text, social media handles, design preferences, and any images you upload to create your Vibelink profile.

Usage & Analytics Data

We collect anonymised analytics about visitors to your public profile, including page views, link clicks, referrer URLs, country (via IP geolocation), device type, and browser. IP addresses are used only for geolocation and rate limiting and are not stored long-term.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by our payment partners Polar (for global customers) and Razorpay (for customers in India). We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. Our payment partners may collect billing name, address, and payment method details under their own privacy policies.

• To create and manage your account and public profile
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, password reset)
• To provide analytics about your profile performance

• Service providers — hosting (AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare), email (ZeptoMail), payment processing (Polar, Razorpay) who process data on our behalf

• Public profile data — your username, display name, bio, avatar, links, and design settings are publicly visible on your profile page by design

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records). Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including India and the United States (where our infrastructure providers operate). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
