1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibelink (“the Service”), operated by Vibelink (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Vibelink. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or let others access it.
• You must provide a valid email address and accurate profile information.
• Usernames are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate our policies.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Vibelink (links, bio, images, design choices). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you add to your profile, including all links and destinations. You must not link to or host content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
• Contains malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Distributes spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors

5. Link Liability

Vibelink is a platform for sharing links. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content of external websites linked from user profiles. Visitors follow links at their own risk. We may remove links or profiles that violate these Terms without notice.

6. Paid Plans & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payments are processed by Polar (global) or Razorpay (India). By subscribing, you also agree to their respective terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their accounts.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is publicly available
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans

8. Profile Removal & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile, links, and associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vibelink name, logo, design system, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform. The themes and design tools we provide are licensed for use within Vibelink only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibelink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
